Conductive tray carts
Production Industries has added two conductive tray carts to their already formidable line-up. These carts are made for transporting circuit boards from station to station, oven to test, and anywhere in between. Production Industries' specially designed tray locking system makes circuit board transportation easy and safe.

- Frame finish is a Black textured powder coat paint.
- Tray racks are zinc plated.
- Trays are retained in cart with locking bars in front and rear of cart
- 20 cart dimensions: 47"H x 20 1/8"W x 27 5/16"D
- 30 cart dimensions: 64"H x 20 1/8"W x 27 5/16"D
- Tray size: 25 3/4" x 17 3/4" x 1 1/8"
- Maximum weight capacity: 25 lbs. per tray / 425 lbs. per cart
- Flat conductive trays eliminate circuit board flexing
- A static dissipative foam mat in each tray assures ESD protection
